Natural remedy for pimples

Hello guys,
                   If you are reading this post, I believe you must have read my post on "healthy habits for your face to maintain an acne and blemish free skin". And I hope you've also been playing by the rules. Well; If you haven't,  click here.
      So if you have, then you can go ahead and try out these natural remedies.


(1)  Honey facial mask

• Get pure original honey.
• Wash your face and dry (air dry preferably)
• Apply the honey over your face and neck and leave for 40-80 minutes.
• Wash off the honey with soap and warm water, and dry.
• Apply a moisturizer.
You can do this twice daily. This relieves pimples and black heads.


(2)  Banana facial mask

You can use banana as a facial mask over your face to cure pimples. I already wrote a post on how to prepare and use banana as your facial mask. See here to check it out.

(3)  Aloe vera

You can't talk about clearing pimples without mentioning aloe vera. It is often used for acne treatment, and is even included in many beauty products.


Method

• Wash your face with soap and lukewarm water, and pat dry with a clean towel.
• Apply aloe vera gel extract all over the face ( see how to get the gel extract here ).
• Allow the gel to dry on your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes after it has dried.
• Wash it off with warm water and dry.
• You can reapply as many times as you want.


(4) Cucumber paste treatment

In my previous post, I showed you guys how to make cucumber paste. You can check it out again,  click here 
• Mix about one tablespoon of your paste with one tablespoon of honey.
• Apply the mixture all over your face (wash your face before applying) and neck. You have to lie down with your face up for 40-60 minutes after application.
• Wash it off with soap and warm water and pat dry with clean towel.
• Apply a moisturizer.

How to make cucumber paste

Hello guys,                     In this post I'll be showing you how to make cucumber paste. But first let us look at some of the benefits of cucumber. • Cucumber has the ability to fade dark spots, and also reduces dark circles around the eyes. • Cucumber can be used to treat sun burn. The cooling effect of cucumber acts as a soothing relief on sunburn which gradually reduces the sunburn. • Cucumber can be used to treat freckles. • Cucumber can be used to reduce eye bag, and reduce water retention around the eye area and make the eye appear less puffy. How to make cucumber paste • Get fresh mature cucumber. • cut it into cubes and remove the seeds. • Take off the greeny back, and put in a plate. • Marsh it with a fork or any other convenient device. • Your paste is ready.
